WALK ACROSS TEXAS

OCTOBER 2020

Walk Across Texas is an eight-week program designed to help establish a habit of regular physical activity.  Each team of 5 may consist of adult and youth team members all working towards reaching an 832-mile goal; which are the miles across Texas.  

Each team must: 

- have a team captain.

- walk at least 104 miles a week.

- send in weekly miles the following Monday by 12:00 p.m.

- not have won a previous 1st place WAT within the last year.
